We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong legal background, specifically an LLM, to join our corporate legal team. This role focuses on providing legal support and strategic advice within the dynamic Aviation & Aerospace sector, with a particular emphasis on corporate governance and regulatory compliance. You will be instrumental in ensuring legal frameworks support our business objectives and uphold the highest standards of corporate practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel on corporate matters, contracts, and compliance issues relevant to the aviation and aerospace industry.
Review and draft legal documents, including agreements, policies, and corporate resolutions.
Assist in ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly those affecting aviation and aerospace operations.
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on emerging legal trends and their implications for the company.
Support the legal department in various corporate initiatives and projects.
