We are seeking a talented and motivated Back End Developer with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. As a Back End Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic and APIs that power our digital platforms and internal systems within the FMCG domain. This role is ideal for an aspiring developer looking to contribute to a leading brand and gain exposure to the fast-paced Indian FMCG market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy robust back-end services and APIs.
Collaborate with front-end developers and product managers to define API requirements and features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in relevant back-end languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
Manage and optimize database schemas and queries (SQL/NoSQL).
Implement security and data protection best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team learning.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
