We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Bartender with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our esteemed team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mixology, beverage preparation, and exceptional customer service skills, coupled with a scientific approach to beverage creation and quality control. This role involves crafting innovative cocktails, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and contemporary cocktails, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• • Utilize M.Sc knowledge to understand ingredient interactions, flavor profiles, and preservation techniques for optimal beverage creation and shelf life.
• • Engage with customers, take orders accurately, and offer recommendations based on their preferences and the menu offerings.
• • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• • Monitor inventory levels, assist with stocktaking, and report any discrepancies or needs for replenishment.
• • Develop new and innovative cocktail recipes, experimenting with different ingredients and presentation styles.
• • Ensure responsible service of alcohol, checking identification and adhering to legal drinking age requirements.
• • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service and coordinate beverage and food pairings.
