Opening for Beauty Advisor / Beautician | MNC

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Beauty Advisor / Beautician with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. While the primary focus is on beauty services, we are looking for individuals with a strong analytical and problem-solving background, evidenced by a B.Tech/B.E. degree, to bring a unique perspective to our client interactions and service delivery. This role will involve providing a range of beauty treatments and consultations to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various beauty treatments including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, and pedicures.
- Provide expert consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable services and products.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation in the salon and workstations.
- Keep abreast of the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Manage client appointments and maintain client records accurately.
- Apply analytical skills to understand client preferences and tailor service recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
