Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual with a B.Des degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our BFSI, Investments & Trading team. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing user experiences and operational workflows within the financial services sector, focusing on trading and investment platforms. Your design thinking will be crucial in developing intuitive and efficient solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate client requirements into user-centered design concepts for BFSI platforms.
Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize design ideas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and developers, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Contribute to the improvement of UI/UX design processes and standards within the BFSI domain.
Ensure designs are compliant with industry regulations and best practices in financial trading.
