Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BI Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights within the medical devices sector. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our business intelligence solutions, supporting critical decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses or data marts.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures for data retrieval and manipulation.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest BI tools and technologies.
