Opening for Billing / Planning Engineer (2-3 Yrs) | MNC

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Billing / Planning Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Indore. This role is crucial for managing project billing cycles and ensuring accurate resource planning within our Industrial Automation division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles and project coordination, acquired through a B.Com degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely invoices to clients based on project progress and contractual terms.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures, ensuring alignment with budget and forecasts.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to develop and maintain project schedules and resource allocation plans.
- Track project milestones and deliverables for billing purposes.
- Analyze project performance data to identify potential cost overruns or delays.
- Maintain detailed records of all billing and planning activities.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve billing inquiries and ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to project billing and planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
