We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bio Technologist with 1-3 years of experience to join our innovative team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about applying biological principles to industrial processes, even without a formal degree. You will work closely with our research and development team to support projects related to bio-leaching, waste treatment, and environmental remediation within our mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in laboratory experiments and pilot-scale studies related to bio-metallurgy and environmental biotechnology.
• Prepare media, culture microorganisms, and maintain microbial cultures under sterile conditions.
• Collect and process samples from mining sites and processing plants for analysis.
• Perform basic analytical tests and record data accurately.
• Support the research team in data analysis and report generation.
• Ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols and good laboratory practices (GLP).
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues in the lab and operational processes.
