Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in reviewing financial statements and strategic plans presented to the Board.
- Provide insights and perspectives based on understanding of market trends and business operations.
- Support the Board in fulfilling its fiduciary duties and governance responsibilities.
- Engage in learning opportunities to develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's business and the biotechnology industry.
- Collaborate with other Board members and management to achieve company objectives.
- Participate in committee work as assigned.
