We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Branch Sales Manager (B2B) with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is crucial for driving sales growth and expanding our B2B client base within the printing and publishing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand our customer base.
Identify and prospect potential B2B clients, understand their printing needs, and propose tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and service.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive landscape.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to management.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
