Opening for Business Analyst | 2-4 Yrs

We are seeking a driven and analytical Business Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, focusing on our real estate projects. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the strategic planning and execution of our real estate ventures. This role is ideal for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with a strong understanding of business processes and a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders for real estate development projects.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and risks within the real estate sector.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs, collaborating with development and project management teams.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.

Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business needs.

Assist in the development of business cases, financial models, and feasibility studies for new real estate projects.

Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency in real estate operations.
