Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our corporate team in Vadodara. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the courier and logistics sector, focusing on corporate clients. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks relevant to logistics, contract negotiation, and strategic client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential corporate clients in the logistics and supply chain domain.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Understand and articulate the value proposition of our logistics services to potential clients, with a focus on legal compliance and contractual advantages.
- Negotiate and draft proposals, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring alignment with legal and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, legal, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies, particularly concerning regulatory changes and their impact on logistics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and pipeline status.
