Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Development Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the power generation sector, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our cleantech and energy efficiency solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the power sector and a passion for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and market segments within the power generation industry.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project developers, utilities, and government agencies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand and articulate the value proposition of our energy efficiency solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
- Track and report on business development activities and performance metrics.
