Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Captain / Commander. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent M.Tech graduate looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic manufacturing and operational environment within the leather industry. You will work closely with senior management to oversee and optimize various aspects of our production and logistics, contributing to the efficient functioning of our operations in Ludhiana.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of daily operational activities.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and efficiency targets are met.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
Participate in inventory management and stock control procedures.
Support in the implementation of new operational strategies and process improvements.
Conduct basic data analysis to identify areas for operational enhancement.
Learn and adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Assist in team management and provide guidance to junior staff under supervision.
Prepare reports on operational performance for management review.
Gain hands-on experience in supply chain and logistics management within the leather sector.
