We are seeking a motivated and organized Catering Manager / Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience, preferably with an MCA background, to join our team in Indore. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our catering services, supporting our employees and business needs. You will be responsible for overseeing daily catering operations, managing staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service. Your analytical and problem-solving skills gained from your MCA will be valuable in optimizing resource allocation and managing inventory effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the catering department, including food preparation, service, and cleanup.
• Plan menus in consultation with the management, considering dietary requirements and budget constraints.
• Manage inventory of food supplies, ingredients, and equipment; place orders as needed and ensure efficient stock rotation.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards and regulations.
• Train, supervise, and schedule catering staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
