We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) with 3-5 years of experience to join our corporate finance team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, with a focus on leveraging technology for efficient financial operations. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial integrity and strategic direction of our operations within the architecture and interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize MCA knowledge to enhance financial systems, implement new accounting software, and leverage data analytics for financial insights.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses for senior management.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through robust internal controls.
