Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and highly motivated Chief Design Officer (CDO) with 2-3 years of experience and a Master's degree (M.Des) in Design or a related field. This role is crucial for shaping the future of urban mobility through innovative design leadership. You will be responsible for driving the design strategy and execution across all our products and services, ensuring a cohesive and user-centric experience for millions of public transport users in India. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on the urban transport landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive design vision and strategy aligned with the company's business objectives in the urban transport sector.
Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
Oversee the design of user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for our mobile applications, web platforms, and other digital touchpoints.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to identify user needs and design opportunities within the Indian urban mobility context.
Ensure design consistency and quality across all product features and user journeys.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging design solutions.
Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in UX/UI and urban mobility.
