Opening for Client Servicing (1-2 Yrs) | Corporate Logistics

We are seeking a motivated Client Servicing professional with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our corporate team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery within the pharmaceutical and healthcare logistics sector. This role requires a strong understanding of client needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare domain.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable service plans.
- Proactively address client queries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor service performance against agreed-upon SLAs and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, billing) to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on client account status, performance, and potential issues.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Leverage M.Pharma knowledge to understand specific client needs in pharmaceutical logistics (e.g., cold chain, regulatory compliance).
