Opening for Collections | Corporate | 2-3 Yrs

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our Corporate Finance team in Noida. This role is crucial for managing outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining healthy cash flow for our operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in collections, with a strong understanding of financial processes and excellent communication skills. A post-graduate degree is not a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting clients to follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.

Negotiating payment plans and terms with clients who are facing difficulties.

Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities, including calls, emails, and payment arrangements.

Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborating with the sales and accounts receivable teams to ensure smooth invoice processing and collection.

Preparing regular reports on collection status and aging of accounts receivable.

Adhering to company policies and legal regulations related to debt collection.
