Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Colon / Rectal Surgeon with a Diploma qualification and 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic clinical research team. This role will involve supporting clinical trial activities related to colorectal diseases, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surgical procedures and patient care within the proctology and colorectal surgery domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior surgeons and investigators in the conduct of clinical trials for colorectal conditions.
- Collect and meticulously document patient data as per study protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and well-being throughout trial participation.
- Support in the screening and enrollment of eligible patients.
- Monitor patients for adverse events and report them promptly.
- Maintain accurate and organized study-related documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to study progress discussions.
- Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Gain practical experience in various surgical techniques and research methodologies relevant to colorectal surgery.
