We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Trainer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive compliance training programs to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role requires a strong understanding of financial regulations and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update compliance training materials, modules, and presentations.
- Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels across different departments.
- Assess training effectiveness through quizzes, feedback, and performance monitoring.
- Stay abreast of changes in regulations and industry best practices and incorporate them into training.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
