We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a candidate with a Bachelor of Arts degree who is looking to grow their career in a challenging and rewarding environment within the IT sector. You will be instrumental in overseeing various construction and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, including site preparation, material procurement, and scheduling.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, invoices, and change orders.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality of work and adherence to design specifications.
Communicate effectively with project teams and management regarding project status and any challenges.
