Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction / Site Supervisor with 0-1 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Coimbatore. This role involves assisting in the day-to-day supervision of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will leverage their financial acumen from their M.Com to contribute to cost tracking and budget management on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing daily construction site activities and operations.

Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor site progress and report any deviations or issues to the project manager.

Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material usage, and labor attendance.

Assist in managing site logistics, material procurement, and inventory.

Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Support in tracking project costs, expenses, and budget adherence using M.Com knowledge.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.

Liaise with the finance department for site-related financial documentation and approvals.
