Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and legally astute Cryptocurrency Trader with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. This role requires a unique blend of financial market acumen and legal understanding, leveraging your LLB degree to navigate the complex regulatory landscape of cryptocurrency trading within our growing automotive group. You will be instrumental in developing and executing trading strategies, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sophisticated cryptocurrency trading strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trading opportunities and potential risks.
- Execute trades across various cryptocurrency exchanges, ensuring optimal pricing and execution.
- Monitor portfolio performance and make necessary adjustments to trading strategies.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and relevant regulatory changes.
- Apply legal knowledge from your LLB to interpret and ensure compliance with Indian and international cryptocurrency regulations, KYC/AML policies, and other legal requirements.
- Manage and mitigate trading risks through robust risk management frameworks.
- Prepare regular reports on trading activities, performance, and market insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all trading activities are legally sound and ethical.
- Explore and advise on the legal implications of new trading instruments and platforms.
