Opening for CSR Head | 2-3 Yrs

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic CSR Head to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for a Bachelor of Arts graduate with 2-3 years of experience in corporate social responsibility or related fields. You will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing our corporate social responsibility programs, aligning them with our business objectives and commitment to community welfare.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and execution of CSR strategies and projects in line with company goals and national priorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external NGOs/partners to ensure smooth implementation of CSR initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR programs, preparing reports for management and stakeholders.
- Conduct research on social issues and identify opportunities for impactful community engagement.
- Support in organizing CSR events, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Maintain records and documentation related to all CSR activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant CSR regulations and guidelines.
