Opening for CSR Head | 3-5 Yrs

We are seeking an experienced and passionate CSR Head to join our team in Jaipur. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our corporate social responsibility initiatives, aligning them with our business goals and societal impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CSR frameworks, community engagement, and reporting, with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) background.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with company values and business objectives.
- Identify and build relationships with NGOs, community organizations, and government bodies for impactful CSR projects.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of CSR programs, ensuring timely execution and achievement of desired outcomes.
- Manage the CSR budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
- Prepare and submit CSR reports as per regulatory requirements and for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct impact assessments and analyze the effectiveness of CSR initiatives.
- Stay updated with CSR best practices, trends, and regulatory changes in India.
- Foster a culture of social responsibility within the organization through employee engagement programs.
