Opening for CSR Manager | Management Consulting

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced CSR Manager to lead and execute our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sustainable development, community engagement, and impact measurement, coupled with a strong strategic mindset and research acumen. This role requires a Doctorate/PhD and 3-5 years of relevant experience in CSR, social impact, or a related field, preferably within the Indian context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with the company's mission and values.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key social and environmental issues relevant to our operations and stakeholders.
- Design, manage, and monitor CSR projects, ensuring effective execution, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
- Measure and report on the social and economic impact of CSR initiatives, utilizing robust research methodologies.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders, including NGOs, community leaders, government agencies, and internal teams, to foster collaboration and partnerships.
- Stay abreast of evolving CSR regulations, best practices, and emerging trends in India and globally.
- Prepare insightful reports, presentations, and research papers on CSR activities and impact for senior management and external audiences.
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of CSR funds, ensuring transparency and accountability.
