Role Summary:

You will be instrumental in enhancing user experience and building strong relationships with our customer base, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support related to Uber services.
- Proactively gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and user experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, particularly focusing on segments that may have specific health or accessibility needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalations.
- Analyze customer interaction data to identify trends and provide insights for service enhancements.
- Assist in the creation of customer-facing communication materials, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
