Opening for Customer Onboarding - Voice / Blended | Corporate

We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for our new patients and clients, primarily through voice and blended communication channels. You will guide them through our services, address their initial queries, and facilitate their integration into our healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end onboarding for new customers via voice calls and other communication channels.

Educate customers on our services, appointment scheduling, and digital health platforms.

Address and resolve initial customer inquiries and concerns effectively and empathetically.

Collect and verify necessary customer information and documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and resolution of complex issues.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and onboarding progress.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the onboarding process.
