Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual with a BCA background and 1-2 years of experience to join our team as a Customer Retention Specialist (Non-Voice). In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty to our real estate offerings. You will primarily engage with customers through non-voice channels, focusing on proactive communication and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively communicate with existing clients via email, chat, and other non-voice platforms to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our real estate services and properties.

Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and feedback efficiently and effectively through written communication channels.

Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and build stronger relationships, leading to increased retention rates.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM system.

Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement in retention strategies.

Assist in developing and implementing customer loyalty programs and initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
