This position is ideal for a professional with 3-5 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree, looking to contribute to a fast-growing startup in the content development and localization space. You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our services, fostering strong relationships, and driving customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful integration with our content services.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
• Proactively identify and address client needs, challenges, and opportunities to maximize their success with our services.
• Monitor client health and usage patterns, intervening when necessary to prevent churn and improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Content) to ensure seamless service delivery and client issue resolution.
• Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvements.
• Educate clients on new features, best practices, and how to derive maximum value from our offerings.
• Achieve key customer success metrics, including retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
