Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-centric individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our Customer Success, Service & Operations team. This role will focus on understanding complex customer needs within the entertainment ecosystem, developing data-driven strategies for service improvement, and ensuring seamless operational execution. You will leverage your advanced research and analytical skills to identify trends, solve intricate problems, and enhance the overall customer experience for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research to understand customer behavior, market dynamics, and operational bottlenecks within the film and entertainment industry.
Develop and implement advanced analytical models to measure customer satisfaction, predict churn, and identify areas for service enhancement.
Design and optimize operational processes to ensure efficient delivery of services and a superior customer journey.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content acquisition, marketing, technology) to translate customer insights into actionable strategies.
Proactively identify and resolve complex customer issues, providing exceptional support and building long-term relationships.
Contribute to strategic planning by providing data-backed recommendations for product development and service innovation.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our customer success strategies remain competitive.
