Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Cyber Security professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our corporate IT team. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc degree and possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices. This role involves safeguarding our organization's digital assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security logs and events to detect and respond to threats.
- Implement and manage security controls and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDPS), and antivirus software.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in our systems.
- Develop and update security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assist in incident response activities and post-incident analysis.
- Provide security awareness training to employees.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of system design and implementation.
- Manage user access controls and ensure compliance with security policies.
