Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Teacher to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) who can bring creative and engaging dance programs to our employees. You will be responsible for developing and delivering dance classes that cater to various skill levels, fostering a positive and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and choreograph dance routines suitable for corporate wellness programs.

Conduct regular dance classes for employees, ensuring a safe and inclusive atmosphere.

Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and fitness levels.

Develop creative curriculum and lesson plans that align with the company's wellness goals.

Utilize design principles and aesthetic understanding gained from M.Des to enhance choreography and presentation.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Organize and lead small performances or demonstrations for company events.
