Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry / MIS professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data input, maintenance, and reporting to support our business operations. This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A postgraduate degree in any discipline is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all records.
- Generate regular reports and MIS (Management Information Systems) as per business requirements.
- Perform data validation and verification to identify and correct errors.
- Assist in data cleansing and data migration activities.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather and compile data.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasks as assigned.
