We are seeking a driven and analytical Data Science & Analytics professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for leveraging data to drive business insights, optimize recruitment processes, and enhance our service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization, coupled with a B.Tech/B.E. degree. You will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making and contribute to the strategic growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and predict future outcomes.
• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders across the organization.
• Clean, preprocess, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with HR, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and analytics tools and techniques.
• Contribute to the development of data-driven products and solutions that enhance our recruitment services.
