We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Database Administrator with 0-2 years of experience, holding an M.Tech degree, to join our IT team in Kolkata. This role will be instrumental in managing, maintaining, and ensuring the performance, integrity, and security of our critical database systems within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of database servers.
Monitor database performance and tune for optimal efficiency.
Perform regular database backups and recovery operations.
Implement and maintain database security measures.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
Assist in database design and development projects.
Document database environments and procedures.
Collaborate with development teams and other IT personnel.
