We are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, maintenance, and security of our company's databases, ensuring data integrity, availability, and performance. This role requires a strong understanding of database principles and a B.Sc degree in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain database structures, schemas, and tables.
- Install, configure, and upgrade database software and related products.
- Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
- Implement and maintain database security measures, including access control and data encryption.
- Perform regular database backups and develop disaster recovery plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues and provide technical support.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all databases.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize database queries and application performance.
