Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery process for corporate banking products and services, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Act as a primary point of contact for corporate clients, understanding their specific requirements and translating them into actionable delivery plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, sales, operations, IT) to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client-related issues or escalations.
- Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and market trends to identify opportunities for service improvement and new product integration.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery workflows and enhance operational efficiency within the corporate banking segment.
