Opening for Design Manager | 3-4 Yrs

We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design and a passion for creating user-centric experiences in the FinTech space. You will lead and mentor a team of designers, oversee the design process from concept to execution, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative designs that align with our business objectives. This role requires a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a proven ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive and engaging product interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for new product features and improvements, from user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

Mentor and guide a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.

Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all products and platforms.

Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in the FinTech industry.
