We are seeking a motivated DevOps - Other professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for individuals with a BBA/BBM background who possess a strong understanding of business processes and a keen interest in applying it to technology operations. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our IT infrastructure, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless deployment and management of our hardware and networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for hardware and networking infrastructure.

Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for stability and scalability.

Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using relevant tools.

Participate in incident management and root cause analysis for production issues.

Contribute to the development of operational playbooks and documentation.

Support the integration of new technologies and services into the existing infrastructure.
