Role Summary:
Hindustan Unilever Limited is seeking a passionate and experienced Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to join our Corporate team in Chennai. This role is pivotal in driving our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where every employee feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to develop, implement, and monitor D&I initiatives that align with HUL's business objectives and values. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of D&I best practices and a Doctorate/PhD qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive D&I strategies, programs, and policies tailored to the FMCG sector and the Indian context.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and impact assessments to identify D&I trends, challenges, and opportunities within the organization.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and employee resource groups to embed D&I principles into talent acquisition, development, and retention processes.
- Design and deliver D&I training and awareness programs for employees at all levels.
- Monitor and report on key D&I metrics and progress against organizational goals.
- Stay abreast of legislative changes, industry best practices, and emerging trends in D&I.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on D&I-related matters to stakeholders across the organization.
- Manage D&I-related projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
