This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a BCA degree and 1-3 years of experience looking to contribute to the operational excellence of a leading telecom provider. You will be involved in various downstream processes and support functions critical to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the execution of downstream operational tasks as per defined procedures.
* Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for various business units.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow.
* Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to downstream activities.
* Perform any other assigned duties within the corporate downstream function.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
