We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dredge Master / Mate with 1-3 years of experience to join our corporate team in Thane. This role is crucial for managing and overseeing our marine asset operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts degree and a strong understanding of maritime regulations and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the senior Dredge Master in the daily operations of dredging vessels.
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and maritime regulations.
Maintain operational logs and prepare reports on dredging activities.
Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders.
Support in the maintenance and inspection of dredging equipment.
Contribute to team efforts and assist in vessel management tasks as directed.
