We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our corporate team in Thane. This role is crucial for developing and executing strategic email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and support our business objectives within the BPO/Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and creative skills to craft compelling email content and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals.

Design visually appealing and engaging email templates and content, ensuring brand consistency and a superior user experience, leveraging M.Des principles.

Segment email lists and personalize campaigns for targeted audiences to maximize open and click-through rates.

Manage email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) for campaign creation, deployment, and automation.

Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.

Stay updated on email marketing best practices, trends, and relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve campaign effectiveness.
