Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and legally astute professional with 2-3 years of experience in Employee Relations Management to join our corporate HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment by effectively managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting HR policies and procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks relevant to employment in India and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
- Advise management on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
- Conduct employee relations training for managers and employees.
- Manage employee communication initiatives and promote a positive organizational culture.
- Collaborate with legal counsel on sensitive employee relations matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Participate in union negotiations and industrial relations activities as required.
- Support the HR team in various employee engagement initiatives.
