Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and organized Engineering Services Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience to join our corporate IT team in Vadodara. This role is crucial for overseeing the smooth functioning of our engineering services, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting the IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and a foundational understanding of IT operations and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the supervision and coordination of daily IT operations and engineering support activities.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues, escalating them to senior engineers as needed.
Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and support tickets.
Support the implementation and deployment of new IT systems and software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
Adhere to IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and security best practices.
