This role will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging environmental science curriculum tailored for our employees within the medical devices and equipment industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their academic background to explain complex environmental concepts and their relevance to corporate sustainability initiatives and compliance within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver comprehensive training modules on environmental science principles, focusing on topics such as pollution control, waste management, sustainability, and environmental regulations relevant to the medical device industry.
* Develop engaging lesson plans, presentations, and learning materials suitable for adult learners in a corporate setting.
* Assess employee understanding and provide constructive feedback through quizzes, assignments, and interactive sessions.
* Stay updated on the latest environmental science advancements, industry best practices, and relevant Indian environmental laws and policies.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate environmental awareness and sustainability practices into employee training programs.
* Explain the financial implications and economic benefits of environmental compliance and sustainable practices within a business context, leveraging M.Com knowledge.
* Facilitate discussions and workshops to promote a culture of environmental responsibility within the organization.
