Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Ex-Serviceman Security Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience to oversee and manage security operations at our Vishakhapatnam facility. The ideal candidate will leverage their military background and LLM education to ensure the safety and security of company assets, personnel, and data. This role requires a strong understanding of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies and procedures.
- Supervise and direct a team of security personnel, ensuring adherence to all protocols.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment, and other security technologies.
- Plan and coordinate emergency response procedures, including fire drills and evacuation plans.
- Investigate security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
