Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with an M.Tech degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our team as an F&B Service - Other professional. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our food and beverage services within the dynamic environment of a leading Animation & VFX MNC. You will be instrumental in managing various aspects of F&B operations, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Coordinate with catering vendors and internal teams to plan and execute F&B requirements for events, meetings, and daily employee needs.
- Maintain inventory of F&B supplies, manage stock levels, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Implement and enforce strict hygiene and safety standards in all F&B service areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback related to F&B services, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in menu planning and development, considering dietary preferences and nutritional requirements.
- Train and supervise junior F&B staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Analyze F&B operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
